Oh I forgot, I meant to ask - what make/model is that? I've been shopping for scooters myself and have been looking at a Buddy 125cc...

It's a Lance Vintage 150cc. It's part of the incredibly super confusing set of new Chinese scooters! You will see scooters that look exactly the same but with different names (like the Roketta Carpi...yes, Carpi not Capri). They look the same and they all come from the same factory, but the individual companies specify the quality of parts used. David did hours of exhaustive research to make sure he got a good one. I highly recommend the forums at scootdawg.com as they are packed full of really knowledgeable users.
For my scooter they have very detailed instructions on how to break in the motor, what might be problematic, what's awesome and how to fix things.

OOoOOOHHHHHHH!!!! I'm so envying you your scooter! I used to have my dad's old one, a very basic slow moving thing, but I loved it! I would sure like to have one like yours! Only blue. I'm a blue person..... BUT I bought a little razor scooter today, and don't have to borrow the neighbour girl's any more. And mine has lights in the wheels too. :O) Enjoy your new wheels!
